The daily breakfast was amazing and lovely with pancakes and cereal to pancakes, for example. The location close to restaurants was secure. And it was also so close to noise and tourists areas, stores and the business area...

The Superior Junior Suite was spacious and had a view of the golf course. Loved the jacuzzi tub! The bar's signature cocktails, especially the pisco sour, were a good treat. The area feels super safe thanks to the security gates. Plus, the complimentary free shuttle to the mall was a nice perk!

It is luxurious good budget venue, it offers nice pool and the location is prime in a secure gated area that caters to more high end residential apartments. The hotel's staff is service-minded and extremely helpful. Good service, the breakfast is marvellous and lovely...

Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)
Staying here was a good experience. The Superior Junior Suite was fine and comfortable, with a view that took my breath away. The staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet was a treat! Dining options included an very nice sushi restaurant. Despite minor service hiccups, this hotel is a gem, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The attentiveness and courtesy of the staff.
The conflict between info on the website and the actual service to be provided. Eg. free shuttle service from airport to hotel turned out to be shuttle monday to friday at 7:00am only

Spacious junior suite and great breakfast, but noise from neighbors was disruptive at night.

Would definitely recommend for a temporary stay
Comfortable room, fantastic restaurant, the breakfast was one of the best I've had with varied hot options and excellent service, just 25 km from the airport.

missingWrote a review on 29 Jununreliable wifi
Unfortunately, the internet connection in my first room was hit or miss, which necessitated an upgrade. The hot water fluctuated. I also ran out of body soap unexpectedly. On top of that, the noise from an auto alarm woke me up early on several mornings despite several requests to have it addressed. The gym left much to be desired, as it was small and dated, without any wifi. Even the common areas could use a boost in connectivity wanting to unwind or get work done. Finally, the breakfast experience was slower than I hoped, as dishes piled up while I waited for service.

would definitely go back
The Superior Junior Suite was spacious with a nice view of the golf course. It had a jacuzzi tub and a minibar stocked with snacks. The location felt super safe, thanks to the security gates. The restaurant had delicious food, and the cocktail selection was fantastic, especially the pisco sour! Great spa facilities too, with massages and a sauna.
